1. Sinn und Zweck des Forums ist ein an die Öffentlichkeit gerichteter "Markt der Meinungen". Es soll daher unter den Nutzern ein friedlicher und respektvoller Umgang ohne beleidigende Anfeindungen gepflegt werden.
2. Als Nutzer verpflichten Sie sich, dass Sie keine Beiträge veröffentlichen werden, die gegen diese Regeln, die guten Sitten oder sonst gegen geltendes deutsches Recht verstoßen. Es ist Ihnen insbesondere untersagt,
   1. beleidigende oder unwahre Inhalte zu veröffentlichen;
   2. Spam über das System an andere Nutzer zu versenden;
   3. gesetzlich, insbesondere durch das Urheber- und Markenrecht, geschützte Inhalte ohne Berechtigung zu verwenden;
   4. wettbewerbswidrige Handlungen vorzunehmen;
   5. Ihr Thema mehrfach im Forum einzustellen (Verbot von Doppelpostings);
   6. Presseartikel Dritter ohne Zustimmung des Urhebers im Forum zu veröffentlichen;
   7. Werbung im Forum ohne ausdrückliche schriftliche Genehmigung durch den Anbieter zu betreiben. Dies gilt auch für sog. Schleichwerbung wie insbesondere das Verlinken der eigenen Homepage mit oder ohne Beitext in der Signatur oder innerhalb von Beiträgen. Homepage-URLs und Adress- bzw. Kontaktdaten dürfen nur im Benutzer-Profil des Forums veröffentlicht werden.
3. Beim Verstoß kann der Anbieter unabhängig von einer Kündigung, auch die folgenden Sanktionen gegen den Nutzer verhängen:
   1. Löschung oder Abänderung von Inhalten, die der Nutzer eingestellt hat,
   2. Ausspruch einer Abmahnung oder
   3. Sperrung des Zugangs zum Forum.
4. Der Anbieter ist auch berechtigt, Ihnen als Nutzer den Zugang zur Online-Plattform zu sperren, falls ein hinreichender Verdacht besteht, dass Sie gegen diese Nutzungsbedingungen verstoßen haben. Sie können diese Maßnahmen abwenden, wenn Sie den Verdacht durch Vorlage geeigneter Nachweise auf eigene Kosten ausräumen.
5. Sollten Dritte oder andere Nutzer den Anbieter wegen möglicher Rechtsverstöße in Anspruch nehmen, die a) aus den von Ihnen als Nutzer eingestellten Inhalten resultieren und/oder b) aus der Nutzung der Dienste des Anbieters durch Sie als Nutzer entstehen, verpflichten Sie sich als Nutzer, den Anbieter von jeglichen Ansprüchen, einschließlich Schadensersatzansprüchen, freizustellen und dem Anbieter die Kosten zu ersetzen, die diesem wegen der möglichen Rechtsverletzung entstehen. Der Anbieter wird insbesondere von den Kosten der notwendigen Rechtsverteidigung freigestellt. Der Anbieter ist berechtigt, hierfür von Ihnen als Nutzer einen angemessenen Vorschuss zu fordern. Als Nutzer sind Sie verpflichtet, den Anbieter nach Treu und Glauben mit Informationen und Unterlagen bei der Rechtsverteidigung gegenüber Dritten zu unterstützen. Alle weitergehenden Rechte sowie Schadensersatzansprüche des Anbieters bleiben unberührt. Wenn Sie als Nutzer die mögliche Rechtsverletzung nicht zu vertreten haben, bestehen die zuvor genannten Pflichten nicht.

1. Terms of Service
   1. The providers of this service (“we”) are not responsible for the content of any messages posted. Messages posted express the views of their author only.
   2. You agree to not use this service to post any material which is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violates any laws.
   3. We reserve the rights to remove or modify any messages posted for any reason.
   4. All information or content you submit or upload may be reviewed by staff members. Do not submit any content or information that you consider to be private, confidential or violates copyright laws.
   5. The following rules regarding user submitted content and behaviour apply across the whole of P1-Gaming.de. This includes but is not limited to;
   1. forums
   2. article comments
   3. visitor messages
   4. private messages / conversation messages
   5. chat rooms
   6. game or voice servers
   6. Breach of the rules may result in some or all of your posting rights/permissions being removed up to and including a total ban from all P1-Gaming.de services.
2. General rules
   1. Mutual respect between the people using the P1-Gaming.de website(s) and forums. This means you may not personally attack other forum users. malicious behaviour and bullying will not be tolerated. If there is a problem report it to the staff.
   2. The staff retain the right to edit/remove content posted by any user if the content is against the rules and can add warnings, or if necessary ban users. For more information on why a post was edited/removed, please contact a member of the staff team.
   3. All users should refrain from dragging out heated discussions in the public forums. If you have an unresolved conflict with another user or staff member please use the private messaging system or email to resolve it.
   4. Remember at all times that normal forum rules apply in private messages and a user is able to report aggressive private messages directly to the admin team, which will include the content of the message.
3. Content
   1. Content that is false, harassing, or offensive is not permitted at our site. Our staff will remove these items as soon as possible and will take appropriate actions against the poster.
   2. P1-Gaming.de is a community for all age groups, hence we will not allow offensive pictures, movies, sexually explicit material, or any other content deemed to be outside the bounds reasonable taste.
   3. The same is true of excessive strong language or swearing. Content containing such language may be removed in whole or in part at the discretion of the staff.
   4. Discussions and content centred around race, nationality, religion, cultures or belief systems is not permitted. This content can be sensitive for some users and therefore will be removed and appropriate action taken against the poster.
   5. Spamming, flooding, chain letters, advertising and recruiting is not allowed in any format on the website, forums, teamspeak or via private messages.
   6. Do not hotlink, post, attach, or upload other peoples content unless you have permission to do so. See our Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy for more information.
4. Avatars, Signatures and Profile Pictures
   1. Avatars, Signatures and profile pictures are governed by the same rules as other content streams. this includes but is not limited to not permitting sexually explicit content, offensive material, and advertisements.
5. Intellectual Property and Copyright
   1. If you believe your copyright-protected work was posted on P1-Gaming.de by one of our users without authorization, you may submit a copyright infringement notification. These requests should only be submitted by the copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on the owner’s behalf. The fastest and easiest way to notify
   2. P1-Gaming of alleged copyright infringement is to either use the “report” button, located under each forum post or resource file, or contact us directly via email.
   3. Posts, attachments, uploads or links which contain original game files are not allowed.
   4. Racing on P1-Gaming.de servers can only be done with legal purchased gaming and simulation software. Users using pirated software will be removed from our community.
   5. When creating or uploading free to use mods, car skins, helmets, cars, tracks etc users should seek official permission first from the copyright or trademark holders.
6. User Accounts
   1. It is strictly forbidden for users to hold more than one account for P1-Gaming.de without express permission of an administrator.
   2. Second accounts made without permission will be banned without warning.
   3. Users are responsible for ensuring they keep their login credentials private and safe. Users found to be used by multiple persons will be banned immediately along with any associated accounts.
   4. Changing usernames is not considered an acceptable reason to create a second account and may lead to all your accounts being banned. We change usernames on request.
   5. Accounts will not be deleted.
   6. Usernames deemed to be advertisements will be changed by the staff.
   7. Staff may request that you choose a new username if the username you have chosen causes issues or conflicts within our software systems. If no response is received a new username will be chosen for you and you will be informed of your new login credentials via email.
