    Briefing:
    • Each car is only allowed once on the server (unique vehicles is active)
    • The content download works only from the practice server
    • Penalties will be removed from the race control if you want. But they will be checked after the race. If the penalty was justified (e.g. speeding in pits) we will remove 1 lap from your result
    • Don't press ESC or your race will be over. You can kill your game or force a disconnect by pulling out your network plug. Afterward, you can rejoin with a fresh car and still finish the race
    • For LMP2 don't dive-bomb the GTEs into the corners. In the end, both of you lose less time when you overtake them on the exists
    • Respect the other cars/class on track
    • At the pit exit stay right (driving direction) of the white (in the image marked red) line, cars need to leave enough space at the right when they see a car is leaving the pits
    • In the orange zones be careful with overtaking. More severe penalties will be applied here to the car at fault
    • When driving your line into the ford chicanes be aware when you go right into the pit entry to get a better line it may look for the car coming from behind like you want to enter the pit and not drive through the chicane.

    Orange Zones:

    Explanation:
In this orange zone, passing is allowed but with absolute care. Especially faster class cars lapping slower cars need to watch out and be extra careful.
If there is an incident in the orange zone, the car at fault will be given a harsher penalty as on other parts on the track for the same infraction.

We will have a standing start and do the first lap in a single file behind a manually driven pace cars. The pace cars start from behind and collect each class. Race control will announce when your class can start driving behind the pace car. After Arnage the pace cars will stay in pit limiter. At the end of the lap the pace car goes into the pits. After the Corvette Curves (last fast left-hander) go into double-file formation lap. Race control will announce the green flag signal for each class using whisper in TeamSpeak. You need to stay in the pit limiter until your race has started.

    Briefing:
    • Each car is only allowed once on the server (unique vehicles is active)
    • The content download works only from the practice server
    • Please respect yellow flags. (Yellow flags are used in racing to indicate a danger on the track. You should watch out, slow down and be ready to brake) Overtaking/Lapping is not allowed under yellow.
    • At the pit exit stay right (driving direction) of the white line
    • For pit entry stay right (driving direction) of the white line after the "Hohenrain"-chicane (Last corner)
    • Respect the other cars on track
    • Cars getting lapped by same classed cars need to let the faster car overtake in a reasonable amount of time.
    • GT3s are responsible for safe overtakes on lapped CUP cars.
    • CUPs should give faster classed cars room to overtake with predictable clear actions.
    • Cars in pitlane are collidable and no ghost cars. So be careful in the pitlane!
    • A reminder of rule 1.3. If a driver's name is not exactly like in the entry list and you run into trouble we can't fix things during the event. Please double check your ingame name.
Race Start: Standing start, when the lights go green the leaders of both classes (GT3 and GT3 Cup) will lead there class in single file at a slow pace (not race pace but also faster than pit speed and no excessive braking) around the course. At the Döttinger Höhe the field goes into a double file with the pit speed limit. When the leader start accelerating between the Hohen Rhein Schikane and the Start Finish Line the race starts. The GT3 Cup should have a gap of 30-60 seconds to the GT3s. The starting procedure is the same for both classes.

Pit Entry: The white line may be crossed. Watch out for cars that drive into the pits. If you enter the pits please stay on the right side of the entry line after the last chicane.

Pit Exit: Don't cross the white line

    Orange Zones:

    Section "Nordschleife"

    Explanation:

In this orange zone, passing is permitted but with absolute care. If there is an incident in the orange zone, the car at fault will be given a harsher penalty as on other parts on the track for the same infraction.
