Because I can't download it from the server and can't find anything on Steam.

Just in case, this evening I noticed that my pit was in the middle of the pitlane. It makes the race more challenging

I can't joint the server. rfactor says 1 pending update and "Item is not fully installed", but no matter how many times I restart, it doesn't complete. Any idea?

 

I got the same issue. 1 pending update, "Item is not fully installed". Deinstalling etc. does not work. The Modmanager in Bin64 folder does not show any faults as well.

 

Please remove #34 from the entry, due to short term commitments (business trip) we don't have enough drivers, sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Yes, I double checked it. Every requiered car is installed. Except the Nissan NSX Pacecar. I installed one NSX from the Steam Workshop but it did not solved the problem.

 

I solved the problem in my case.

What I did:
I installed the P1 NOS 24h Mod from Steam. Than I startet Rf2. Rf2 said "P1 NOS 24h"-Mod not installed properly. Then I uninstalled all required GT3 Cars, 992 Cup Porsche and the BMW M2 Car manually in the rf2 ingame Content Manager, restartet rf2 and installed the content manually again in the ingame Conent Manager. Now it works. I can go online.

 

I have a question about rules :
8.6.3. Pressing ESC outside the pit lane and going back on track is allowed. Your previously set lap times will remain valid when stored from the simulation.
8.6.3.1. If a driver violates the no ESC rule their car will be disqualified in the qualification and has to start from the back of its starting group.

Do we agree that 8.6.3.1. cannot be applied considering that ESC is allowed?
