P1PC 2023 Red Bull Ring - Talk

Ich bin zum Rennen auf Arbeitsreise, aber ich wünsche allen anderen ein sauberes und spaßiges Rennen. Wir sehen uns dann beim nächsten wieder!

 

In Race 1, the game gave me only a quarter of a second to yield on Moriz after passing him off track, despite being clear I had nowhere to go in Turn 1 on Lap 1; as a result, I consequently received a Drive Through. Unfair, if you ask me.
In Race 2, with about 7 minutes to go, I was awarded a red track limit warning for not even cutting the track at the Rindt corner, which I couldn't even extinguish by braking, and that resulted in a Stop and Go, forcing me to retire. In order to be awarded a S&G penalty you need to have at least gone full throttle past a chicane or something which I clearly didn't do, mostly because it's impossible to gain so much time in that corner, considering I didn't even go wider than I had done in all the past laps.

Overall, this proves that I'm not the luckiest guy in the world but also that we should only run official content: with this I don't mean official tracks have no issues (especially in the first case, it's a game issue, the track has nothing to do with it) but at least we can report them and have them looked at; with modded and ripped content S397 can't provide any sorts of help.
I hope this will be looked into for next season, as these two problems completely ruined both of my races.

I also want to add that maybe Race Direction could have removed that Drive Through server side, considering it was clear I had nothing to do to prevent it and that usually running off track there was only worth .25 penalty points.
