🏁 P1MCS ROUND 1 – SEBRING Multiclass Sprint RACE REPORT 🏁

Traffic. Pace. Pressure. And a track that doesn’t gift you a single second.

🎯 The opening round of the P1MCS Multiclass Sprint Series delivered exactly what this format promises: 90 minutes flat-out — short enough for uncompromising attacks, long enough for strategy, mistakes, tire drama, and those classic multiclass moments when two battles have to fight through traffic at the same time. Sebring bit back — and the field bit back harder.

🏎️ LMH Results (Top 8) — A Knife-Edge Duel

🥇 #47 Benjamin Gielczynski — Winner
🥈 #46 Jan Wenninger — +3.240s
🥉 #45 Jan Kattau — +19.380s
4️⃣ #48 Jean-Pierre Helpap
5️⃣ #19 Louis Roehn
6️⃣ #97 Fabian Walter
7️⃣ #42 Marlon Müller (+1 lap)
8️⃣ #98 Henrik Adolphs (+1 lap)

💣 The story:
  • Up front there was no “managing” — up front there was fighting. Gielczynski and Wenninger put on a true high-speed chess match over the full distance.
  • building pressure, reading lapped traffic, striking at the right moment — and absolutely no mistakes on Sebring’s concrete slabs.
  • The margin at the flag: just 3.240 seconds after 90 minutes. 😮‍💨⚔️
💡 Statement of the night:
Quali pace in race trim? Yes. Just… yes. ✅

🎯 A spicy subplot:

Roehn and Walter were locked in a long-running duel for position — with rhythm shifts through the pit phase and traffic.
Exactly these fights are what make multiclass racing so brutally exciting.

🏎️ LMGT3 Results (Top 10) — Start Chaos, Comebacks, and an Ice-Cold Winner

🥇 #222 David Putzke — Class Winner
🥈 #221 Daniel Schmitt
🥉 #200 Nick Kleefeld
4️⃣ #225 Oliver Happ
5️⃣ #288 Bence Szabo
6️⃣ #202 Adam Helyes
7️⃣ #219 Jürgen Holtkamp
8️⃣ #217 Fabian Jungbluth
9️⃣ #215 Jannik Maleika
🔟 #201 Mark McNaughton

🔥 The story:
  • GT3 went straight into the deep end: cold tires, full tanks, pack racing — and Sebring acting like sandpaper.
  • Daniel Schmitt had a rough start phase, but fought back and turned it into a real comeback drive.
  • Up front, Putzke was the man with the complete package: calm under pressure, clean in traffic, consistent across the stint — and deservedly on top at the end. 🧊🏆

⚔️ Podium fight:
  • Kleefeld holds onto P3 while Happ stayed the “hunter” — those final minutes where every tiny mistake costs everything are pure adrenaline.

⚠️ DNFs & Damage: Sebring Doesn’t Hand Out Gifts

  • A few cars had to park it — including suspension damage (classic Sebring moment…):
  • 🛠️ Stecklein / Eternal / Eggert (Suspension)
  • ❌ Hayek / Schubert (DNF)
  • And LMH didn’t escape either — the opener made one thing clear: survival is part of the pace. 💀🏁

🎬 Final word: This is how you launch a new series
  • ✅ Action in both classes
  • ✅ Traffic used as a tactical weapon
  • ✅ LMH win decided by 3.240 seconds
  • ✅ GT3 with chaos, comebacks, and a podium scrap

This wasn’t just a race — it was a statement:
P1MCS is here. And it didn’t arrive quietly. 🔥👊

🏁🌙 P1MCS 2026 – Round 2 (Lusail, Qatar) | Multiclass Sprint – Race Report 🌙🏁

Floodlights, flow, full throttle — and a circuit that keeps whispering: “Do you really dare to brake even later here?” 💨😈
After the intense season opener, Round 2 moved to Qatar and delivered exactly what Lusail promises: high-speed rhythm, long flat-out phases, and nonstop multiclass decision-making. This track doesn’t just reward pace — it rewards traffic intelligence. Who clears GT3s cleanly? Who loses time in dirty air? And who stays calm when it gets tight? 🧠🚦

🏎️ LMH – Overall Results (Top 6)

🥇 Benjamin Gielczynski
🥈 Jan Wenninger
🥉 Fabian Walter
4️⃣ Luis Röhn
5️⃣ Henrik Adolphs
6️⃣ Marlon Müller

🔥 LMH story of the race:
Gielczynski looked in complete control — smooth, consistent, and brutally efficient. Wenninger secured P2 with a measured drive, while Walter quietly delivered one of the cleanest performances of the night to lock in the podium. Behind them, Roehn vs. Adolfs had that classic “pressure-cooker” feel: close enough to threaten, tricky enough to punish impatience.

🏁 LMGT3 – Class Results (Top 6)

🥇 David Putzke
🥈 Oliver Happ
🥉 Nick Kleefeld
4️⃣ Jannik Maleika
5️⃣ Bence Szabo
6️⃣ Mark McNaughton

⚔️ LMGT3 story of the race:
Putzke brought it home with authority, while Happ and Kleefeld kept the fight alive behind. A big theme in LMGT3 was tire life + dirty air — especially in prolonged battles where pushing too hard early could cost massively later. The Maleika–Szabo duels were a perfect example: relentless pressure, no freebies, and every small mistake instantly punished.

💥 Key Moments & Notes
Multiclass traffic was the real “third class” tonight. Clean overtakes and smart timing made the difference more than raw lap time.
Pit timing mattered. Lusail’s long pit lane can swing positions hard if you miss the window.
Daniel Schmidt had visible pace early on, but ran into issues that dropped him back — still fought through to the finish. 💪

❌ DNFs / Not Classified
  • Matthias Eggert – DNF
  • Michael Flockenhaus – DNF (tire wear became a major issue)
  • Denny Schubert – DNF

🚫 Did Not Start
  • Den Hayek – DNS
  • Jan Katau – DNS

🔜 Next Stop: Fuji 🇯🇵🏔️
Round 3 takes us to Fuji Speedway — a completely different challenge with that iconic long straight and technical rhythm. Expect the championship picture to tighten up again. 🏁

🎥 Live on P1-Media

🏁🇯🇵 P1MCS 2026 – Round 3 | Fuji Speedway | Multiclass Sprint – Race Report 🏔️🔥

Cold air (11°C), dry track, and that legendary Fuji straight where bravery gets tested every lap. 💨
Friday night in the Land of the Rising Sun delivered exactly what Fuji promises: clean speed, brutal braking into Turn 1, and multiclass chess at 300 km/h.
With 5 LMH + 11 GT3 on the grid, the field was smaller — but the action absolutely wasn’t.

⏱️ Qualifying: Thousandths in GT3, statement in LMH

🥇 #47 Benjamin Gielczynski – 1:29.682 (Pole)
🥈 #46 Jan Wenninger – +0.464
🥉 #98 Henrik Adolphs
4️⃣ #97 Fabian Walter
5️⃣ #42 Marlon Müller

🏎️ LMGT3

🔥 The headline: Maleika vs Putzke separated by FOUR THOUSANDTHS.
🥇 #215 Jannik Maleika – 1:40.851
🥈 #222 David Putzke – +0.004 🤯
🥉 #288 Bence Szabo
4️⃣ #217 Fabian Jungblut
5️⃣ #225 Oliver Happ
6️⃣ #219 Jürgen Holtkamp

That was the perfect setup for chaos… and Fuji delivered.

🏁 Race: Fuji bites back — and punishes mistakes hard

🏆 LMH – Result
🥇 #47 Gielczynski (Porsche 963) – WIN (59 laps)
🥈 #46 Wenninger – +1:00.720
🥉 #98 Adolphs – +1 lap
4️⃣ #97 Walter – +1 lap
5️⃣ #42 Müller – +1 lap

💥 LMH story

At the very front it was the familiar team-mates duel again — Gielczynski vs Wenninger, the “private war” of the season.

There were moments where it looked like the fight might ignite properly… but Fuji’s rhythm is ruthless: one mistake and the gap becomes a wall.
  • Wenninger had a spin under pressure and lost the lead.
  • Gielczynski didn’t stay perfectly spotless either — but the key difference was recovery and consistency.
  • End result: a commanding win and a gap that says “control” more than “luck.” 🧊🏁
  • Behind them, Adolphs/Walter/Müller weren’t just cruising — but once the gaps opened, it became a precision race: don’t overdrive, don’t throw it away, bring it home.

🏁 LMGT3 – The real main Event

🏆 GT3 Class Result (Top 6)
🥇 #288 Bence Szabo (Ford Mustang LMGT3) – WIN 🐎🔥
🥈 #217 Fabian Jungblut (BMW M4 LMGT3) – massive late charge
🥉 #219 Jürgen Holtkamp (BMW M4 LMGT3) – first podium 🏆✨
4️⃣ #225 Oliver Happ (McLaren 720S LMGT3 Evo)
5️⃣ #222 David Putzke (BMW M4 LMGT3)
6️⃣ #215 Jannik Maleika (BMW M4 LMGT3)

⚔️ GT3 story: “How do you even overtake here?”

Early on it looked like Maleika vs Putzke would decide the race — they were glued together, trading momentum, building pressure, waiting for the pit window.
  • Then Fuji did what Fuji does:
  • Putzke’s stop went wrong (the car got lifted / extra service), dropping him out of the win fight.
  • Maleika later got a drive-through (cuts) with minutes to go — heartbreak timing. 😬💔
  • And that opened the door for the two drivers who played the long game:

✅ Szabo stayed sharp, stayed clean, and when the leaders stumbled, he took the win.
✅ Jungblut came alive at the end and nearly stole it — a proper last-laps sprint. 🔥
✅ Holtkamp vs Happ became the story behind the story: pressure, defense, and a BMW that’s a rocket on the straight. Holtkamp held it together and grabbed a career-first podium. 🥉👏

That’s multiclass sprint racing in one sentence: pace helps — but survival, discipline, and execution win trophies. 🧠🏁

❌ DNF

#201 Mark McNaughton – DNF (8 laps)

📌 Final Classification Snapshot LMH

  • Gielczynski
