  • Tyre/Aero updates – The “edge” on both tyre and aero has been softened. Locking the brakes (especially at front) is now less easy. There is a little bit more grip at higher speeds and a less aggressive drop-off when at or slightly over the limit.
  • Tyre Physics – Adjusted temperature warm-up curve to provide less grip at low tyre temperatures. Adjusted grip drop-off with temperature & pressure sensitivity based on slip. Slightly less aggressive curve.
Achievements
  • Fixed “A Day At The Races” achievement not tracking when completing laps in the Porsche 911.
AI
  • Fixed AI tyre logic which would lead to AI always pitting the first lap after coming out of the pits in damp conditions.
  • Reworked AI lapping logic on straights so they no longer aim for gaps that don’t exist, hoping the other car gets out of the way
  • Fix for physics thread slow downs when lots of AI are on a straight
  • Improved AI settings so you can now set Aggression Low – Medium – High. This scales according to difficulty and Limiter is set automatically with this too.

Bahrain International Circuit
The Sakhir circuit in the Kingdom of Bahrain always guarantees a warm welcome and usually perfect racing weather …apart from 2023 when it rained during FP1! Bahrain is a small island country situated near the western shores of the Persian Gulf, an archipelago of 33 islands, but it has made a big motorsport impact in the Middle East as so many other neighbouring nations have followed Bahrain’s example and created state of the art facilities for international championships and series.

The spiritual home of sports car racing… Le Mans. First run on cobbled, dusty roads in the south of the French city of Le Mans, few from those early pioneering days could have imagined how the demanding 24-hour race would evolve and grow in appeal the world over.

In dry Texan heat, and scorching sunshine – the Circuit of the Americas (COTA) is a challenge to be respected. One of the hottest weekends on the calendar – COTA punishes both the car, team and the drivers. COTA joins the Le Mans Ultimate roster as the latest stateside showpiece.

Fuji International Speedway
In the foothills of the world-famous Mount Fuji, Japan’s highest mountain, stands the impressive Fuji Speedway circuit. Acquired by Toyota Motor Corporation in 2000, the track was brought up to date and international racing was reintroduced after 2005 – including two F1 Grands Prix. It features a blend of technical and high-speed sections, some elevation changes with a highlight being one of the longest straights in motorsport at 1.47km (0.9 miles) in length.

Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari
Nestled in the heart of Emilia Romagna – the beautiful, undulating Imola Circuit, or to give it its full name, Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari. The Italian favourite will be the latest circuit to be included in Le Mans Ultimate – the official game of the FIA World Endurance Championship and 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Interlagos (Autódromo José Carlos Pace)
The Interlagos Circuit, officially known as Autódromo José Carlos Pace, is one of the most iconic and challenging racetracks on any motorsport calendar. Located in São Paulo, Brazil, the circuit is named after Brazilian driver José Carlos Pace, who tragically lost his life in a plane crash in 1977. Originally built in 1940 and heavily modified over the years, Interlagos combines a unique blend of high-speed straights, tricky elevation changes, and demanding technical sections, making it a favourite among drivers and fans alike.

Autodromo Nazionale Monza
Italy’s Temple of Speed is another circuit with decades of history and iconic names such as Curva Grande, the Curva di Lesmo and the Variante Ascari. To the passionate and knowledgeable ‘tifosi’, it’s simply the home of top motorsport.

Built in 1922, it was the world’s third purpose-built racing circuit after Brooklands and Indianapolis, and is the oldest in mainland Europe. Located in the Royal Park in Monza, in a woodland setting, it has in the past featured a high-speed oval and sections can still be accessed by foot today.

Algarve International Circuit (Portimão)
Autódromo Internacional do Algarve, commonly referred to as Portimão Circuit, is one of the best modern racing circuits in the world and a favourite of drivers and fans alike. Developed to provide a comprehensive range of facilities to appeal to varied sectors of the motor industry on both two and four wheels, its undulating nature includes tight, slow speed to fast and flowing corners. There are multiple elevation changes throughout the lap and a difference of 24m between the lowest and highest points on track. The track characteristics of Portimão result in it producing a high sliding energy, therefore a high demand is placed on the tyres.

Sebring International Raceway
Sebring International Raceway is America’s oldest road racing track, with over six decades of storied history. The legendary circuit evolved from a World War II airbase in the middle of Florida. The concrete runways still form a major part of the circuit and make the circuit notorious for its “bumps” which are a real test for man and machine.

Sebring was the home to the FIA World Endurance Championship’s first ever race in 2012, an event run concurrently with the American Le Mans Series, and won by the celebrated Audi Sport Team Joest crew of Allan McNish, Tom Kristensen and Dindo Capello.

Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps

Eau Rouge, Blanchimont, Raidillon, La Source…names which are steeped in motorsport history and which all mean only one thing – Spa! One of the oldest circuits in the world, it has undergone several redesigns through its history, most extensively 45 years ago when the track was modified and shortened from a 14 km circuit using public roads to its current permanent status.

Hypercars

First introduced in 2021, these top category sportscars have got the motorsport world onto their feet in recent years. Innovative, sleek designs – all powered by different engine configurations – creates an exciting spectacle on track. Famous brands such as Ferrari, Porsche and Toyota fight at the very front for victories at race circuits around the world. Producing over 650 horsepower from the internal combustion engine and a potential 270 horsepower equivalent from the hybrid system, this produces prototype rocket ships that need the best drivers to extract the most from the cars – while sticking to the strategy for success.

Notes on using custom liveries.

Please ensure that the correct livery is selected, any existing templates are used, and that it complies with the terms of use of racecontrol.gg and Studio397.

Please note that the livery must first be uploaded to the Livery Hub in LMU and has to be assigned to one teamlineup before it can be selected in Simgrid. A racecontrol pro subscription might be necessary.

4. Withdraw from race

To withdraw from a race, you must click on ‘Races’ on the event page. There you will see an overview of the races. Please withdraw at least 24 hours before the event by clicking on the ‘Withdraw’ button.

Tip: On this page, you can also view the weather forecast as soon as we have set up the server. All data on temperatures and rain probabilities will be communicated in the corresponding race forum.

Important Links (also in the navigation bar on top):

  • For Hypercars don't dive-bomb the GT3s into the corners. In the end, both of you lose less time when you overtake them on the exists
  • Respect the other cars/class on track
  • It is allowed to press ESC on the track.
  • The formation procedure is managed by the simulation.
  • The race start will be handled by the simulation.
  • At the pit exit stay right (driving direction) of the white line (marked here as the red line)
  • Cars leaving the pits need to stay as far right as possible when driving back on track
  • If a car is leaving the pits the car on track needs to leave enough space at the exit of turn 1 so the car coming from the pits can rejoin the race.
  • In the orange zones be careful with overtaking. More severe penalties will be applied here to the car at fault.
  • General racing flag rules apply if not otherwise described (e.g. blue flag in race). A description of the flag rules can be found here.
  • In case of a problem or questions, you can ask a steward in TeamSpeak. Stewards on duty will be in the stewards channel and will have the stewards user group on TeamSpeak.
On Wednesday and Thursday , we start a training server at 18:00 UTC for 2 hours each.
