I always find it a bit difficult to change BoP mid-season, when such things haven't been communicated before the first race.

There is a reason why people put in the time and work during testing, trying to find the package that is fastest for their driving style. Changing BoP would mean that work was done for nothing. In case of such an event, the only logical and fair option would be to open up car selection once again so everyone can have another go.

I can agree that it is harder to safe fuel with other cars than with the ferrari, but I also know that there is ways to work that out. The Porsche has other advantages in comparison, for example great tire wear with the right setup.

At the end of the day this discussion will always only have two sides. The people in Ferraris, wanting to keep things as they are, and people in different cars, asking for adjustments. Everyone will always argue in favor of their own position, that's the way these things go.

 

Can we pls have a +10 Degree offset for the race? Looks like a complete wet-race and thats will be insane difficult with 0 air and track temperature.
Just an idea, i can understand, if you don´t want to do this.

About BOP. I think a lot of us love racing here, I hope this doesn't start to look like the crying sea that the VEC normally is, diluting whoever complains the most. Last year we race P1 LMS all season with a car with a half-second lack of pace, we won races, and nothing happened.

After the S397 BOP there was a car that with the low aero pack was more than a second faster at the final race in Le Mans, fighting for the championship, and nothing happened. Why should it happen now? We all knew about the stable BOP long before we started the championship, it's one of the characteristics of P1 Gaming that we like, so ... I can't understand the complaints in the second race of the season.

Cars were chosen because you like them better, because they sound better, or because they are faster. There each one with their choice. If you're not happy, the solution is easy, start over with a new car.

And yes, the Ferrari does 40 laps of stint, and can go with hard tires on a wet track... Let's be serious.

Since P1 Le Mans last year people ask about BoP and told the Ferrari is to strong. Still no BoP and obv people picked the car for this year then. And to make a BoP now even when it got clarified before the cars where locked that we dont get on is basically a slap in the face for the people who picked the ferrari knowing that nothing gonna change from the side from P1.

Are people in the mud for not picking the car ? Yes
Is it unfair to people who picked it ? Yes

So bascially its coping and waiting if the studio makes a BoP. For next season BoP is a topic again when the studio dont manage to make a proper one. In my opinion making test races with the GT teams is the best soloution. Let the GT teams pick a different car which they signend up with and go nuts for 2 or more races and analyse and stay in touch with the people because the communication is important. Then applie a BoP, ofc people gonna complain about some cars favor different tracks thats just how it is so check the calender and pick the car which has the most advantage when you want to win the championship.

Ferrari can stay as it is now i don't care to be honest. We are asking to adjust the fuel capability of the cars so we can reach 1 hour mark without going safety car mixture 85% percent of the lap. It's not that big of an ask i think.

Can you pls. increase the rain on the wet-server. It´s way to dry there.

And by the way, in my opinion the rain-tyres of the ByKolles have a huge bug. It´s like to drive the 2022 Mercedes and you can´t fix this with the setup.

 

The track is reflecting so crazy, when i have speed in the corners i cant see the curbs at all. Do we really need a wet track tomorrow because this is insane

This is not rain. Track is bugged.

 

Just deactivate track reflections in the settings. Then everything is fine.
