What happen in race when someone is in the pit just front of you and you cannot exit your pit ? We have to wait the car in front of us start ?
Admin Post You either wait, or reverse. One thing for sure: DO NOT push the other car out of the way.
Admin Post You shouldn't get a penalty for a short reverse. Please let us know what lap that happened and for which car number.
oh ok that's a good reason pour 10s S&G ^^ and thanks for the info for the reverse in pit, I know it is possible to do it now in case it happens
Good morning, Our race in Monza was a disaster. What happens with de 488´S setup? In the practise seasons, the setup worked ok, but the day of the race the car didn´t works fine. A lot of understeer and oversteer, and happened stranger things like this. https://clips.twitch.tv/CourteousMoistBunnyBigBrother-pwWNyUIQ2zCLZqEm Wasn´t a hardware problem. Is the first time that we have serious problems with the server.
Guys come on...spacially this clip shows me that this was not an server issue. For me this looks like you pressed the FFB reset button while driving or the wheel disconnected for a short time (or maybe also a short CPU freeze). So this issue is for 100% on the player side and not on the server side. Check your settings and try to fix these issues. For everyone who has experienced things like this maybe this formum post can help you to minimize the FPS laggs: https://forum.studio-397.com/index....rmance-guide-on-how-to-prevent-low-fps.61265/ When I see, that some users are still driving with the TV-screens turned on in their settings, then I am not suprised when you experienced some game stuttering. But in this shown clip it is clear to see that this was for sure not an server issue!!! And one more very important hing for getiting better persormance turn off your replay!!! Server issues does not effect normally your own driving because the whole physic calculation is done on your own PC. The server is only calculation where the other cars are driving, wheather situations and some other small things. So if the server would be an issue a lot of opponent cars would have very incorrect trackpositions (bad netcode for example) or they would simply get a disconnect. The mass disconnect is the only thing where I am saying this could have been an issue with the connection to the server but also in this phase not everyone disconnected (myself and one more GT3 stayed on the server) so it was not a complete server crash. So guys you should first take a look into your own settings and fix these problems befor you are thinking about server issues regarding physic calculation (which is done on your own PC). As long no cars are wraping around or lagging like hell or getting mass disconnects it is very save that we are not having any server issues.
Ok, I don´t know what happened but is sure that the auto don´t feels like days ago. Adrián Blasco, vosotros tuvistéis problemas también, no? Adrián Blasco, you had problems too?
Yeah this is normal, because on the practice servers we had espacially in the last days before the race started much more grip. On the P1 practice server I was in avg. 0,3s faster than on our practice server we´ve used for doing our longruns. And like I´ve expected in the race we never got this huge amount of grip like in the practice sessions. And less grip is resulting in the GT3 class in more oversteer and for the LMP2s more understeer (in the most cases). But these steering issues what I´ve seen in this clip have to be an issue on your side.
Correct, I once went to the organization to tell them that something was wrong with the Ferrari, the car was not running, all of us who had Ferraris noticed it as a drag or lack of power, we had wing 1 and the car slipped at 0.2 and we arrived at 0.5 at the end of the straight... I don't know what happened, but the Ferrari looked like it had ballast or something.
I repeat, the problems we had in Monza we did not have in the previous race or in P1LMS2023. I don't know what, but something strange was happening and it wasn't exclusively a track grip problem. Maybe SRP also had hardware problems... It's not the organization's fault, but the fact that our car was strange is totally true. The thing in the video is something specific, perhaps it was the hardware, but it had never happened to the pilot before.
Admin Post Ok then its strange. I didn't touch the ferrari or the server configuration. The had been the same in Indianapolis and Monza.
