Again a small update. 2 cars had been missing.

On race day the auto download from the server will be only available on race day at the practice servers.

    I have a question.
    About SCar.
In edition that is on YT, there was SC periods. I dont know if admin was trigering it or rf2 itself.

Anyway, will we have it this year?

And what we do when lets say on start, someone will block the road completly and we will have to wait for clean passage, or if it would be on L1 with 30 cars standing in big traffic on mountain section.
Will there be SC ? Or some code60/VSC ?

    What is the prossedure then

    Information from RACE CONTROL:

    Reporting an incident:

If you want to report an incident for your team you must provide following information:

    -Carnumber
    -Car lap
    -Sector

Additional information that you should but not must provide:

    -what happend?
    -other car number

This report must be done via a text message to a race director in the race control channel. (P1-Staff that are not in the race control channel DO NOT help you with your reports)
If your report does not have the mandatory informations it will not be processed.

After race reports are possible via the report incident form as always.

    "Code 60" / "FCY" Procedures:

Stewards are able to call a "Code 60" / "FCY". This means all the cars have to be slowed down, engaged their pit limiter and must not overtake as soon as the "Code 60" / "FCY" phase starts.

If there is a dangerous situation on the track, race control will call "Code 60" in XX Seconds. There will be a countdown for the last 5 seconds.
When this countdown reaches 0, "Engage" will be called. All drivers have to be slowed to the pit limiter speed and engage their pit limiter at that point in time.

Before the "Code 60" Phase ends there will be an announcement by race control as well as a countdown again.
At the end of that countdown all drivers are free to continue to race.

If you mean our race from 2 years ago it was rf2 itself. But we abandoned this during the race after a restart (server crashed). It didn't work well bu we wanted to test it.

SC/FCY is explained in the the information thread.

    Hi
Which weather forecast page do you use? The server is rainy, but I can't see rain in real. :)

What are the rules regarding the number of spotters and/or spectators?

Could you also please confirm which information thread has the SC/FCY info, as I can't seem to find it in the race info or general series info threads. Maybe a link would help :)

As I remember spectators are not permitted on the server to reduce the strain on the server. That's with the exception of driver change of course, you can join as a spectator about 5 mins before the pit stop.

I don't think that rule has changed for this race as it is even more critical now with almost 50 teams on track.

Added a description into the rules (§4)

There is one discussion thread and one information thread.
Informations that should not get lost in the discussion are posted in the information thread ;)

Do we still need to do this or is it now already covered if we accept the updated data security policy of this forum?

With the new garages at the rear of the pitlane, if we start behind the pits, will our pitstops take place there aswell or in the normal pitlane??

In normal pitlane. The question is how 'packed' (compresed) are all pitboxes in normal pitlane
